Canellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Requests received will be checked for eligibility on following criteria:

Condition for Cancellation of Products:

  • If you have placed an incorrect order or wish to change your order details (product, shipping or billing address), you can contact our customer service managers via email (info@myastron.com) , change the order details before submitting the order. 
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, which usually takes 2-3 working days from the order date, no changes will be made. If you wish to cancel an order, you must submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing your order.
  •  No cancellations will be honored more than 48 hours after placing your order.The total amount of the order will be refunded. 
  • The command does not have a partial undo option. If you wish to cancel part of your order, you must contact our representatives who will help you cancel your current order and place a new order with your specific requirements.
  • Once we receive a cancellation request for items that you have placed an order for, we will process it within a few business hours and issue a refund.

Condition returnable & Exchange Policy: 

  1. Items must be in their original condition and unused. 
  2. Item exchanges are subject to control and verification by the Myastron Gems team.

   3. The product must have 

  •  Certificate of originality of the product
  •  Original/copy of invoice
  •  Packaging, documentation
  •  Laboratory certificates

Important notes: 

    •  Shipping costs, GST and duties are non-refundable. 
    •  The restocking fee is 5% of the invoice value. 
    •  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 
    •  Payment gateway fee, 5% non-refundable.
    • We offer transparent & clear, return within 7 days & Exchange policy for all our orders from delivery date.
    • Items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged as a result of customer negligence.
RETURN POLICY

Myastron has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

What is Myastron Return Policy?

Product

Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” for products allows for easy returns and refunds for:

      1. Products which you obtained in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
      2. Products which you may not like for quality and color related issues.

Service

Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” for service has below mentioned refund & Cancellation policy:

      1. Any cancellation made within two hours of payment.
      2. No refund shall be made for incorrect data provided by the customer. However one can send correct information within two hours of order.
      3. Once the report is delivered to the customer no refund shall be made.
      4. In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded
How to raise a dispute for an order?

Customers need to register disputes by sending an email to customer care-info@myastron.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within two working days of delivery. All products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills or labels.

After we review your return request, you will receive an email with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us three days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.

What to do if Myastron is not responding to the dispute?

Please allow 3 business days for us to address the issue and provide instructions for your return/ resolution. If we do not respond even after 3 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute by sending an email to customercare-info@myastron.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on our part, you will not bear any charges for that. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 7 working days of refund.

When will I be refunded?

We can refund you when the product will be delivered to us. Remember that items have to be returned to us directly by you. Once received, we will credit the amount back to you within 7 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). However the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by Myastron.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. However, no recovery of above mentioned shall be made if refund is due to damaged/defective/ broken product.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges?

Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs. Also, For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 15 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within a day from the Myastron warehouse.

How will the transport be done?

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Do you supply internationally?

Myastron does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use courier or speed post to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Myastron items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?

Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
